PBS Supply Co. is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced, motivated HVAC Sales Specialist to join our team. This position focuses on building and maintaining relationships with HVAC contractors, supporting customers with product knowledge and solutions, and helping grow sales throughout our market area.

This is a sales role that combines customer relationship management, business development, and technical HVAC knowledge. The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly with contractors, identifying opportunities, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with HVAC contractors and customers
• Generate new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
• Meet with customers at job sites, offices, and contractor locations
• Provide product recommendations for HVAC equipment and supplies
• Prepare quotes and assist customers with product selection
• Coordinate with inside sales and warehouse teams to ensure excellent customer service
• Stay current on HVAC products, industry trends, and market conditions

Qualifications:

• HVAC industry experience required
• Prior sales experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and supplies
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficient in computer and communication skills
